“Social media is a goldmine for investigators.”
— Michelle McNamara
The Untold Story of Delia Day revealed itself to me over seven years of research, interviews, struggling to make contacts and obtain documents, writing, writing, and more writing, erasing what I had written because I had new information, and writing again. I wanted to answer the question that so many people have been asking for so long: “What happened to Delia Day?”
I believe I have done that, though some answers create questions which will likely never be answered. Many of the remarks made by individuals in this book are uncorroborated. They may or may not be true, but that is not for me to decide. I am presenting the information I obtained as objectively as possible so that you can decide for yourself. There are many contradictions.
Likewise, Travis Anton is not here to defend himself against various claims and allegations that have been made against him, and Susan Anton has never been convicted of a crime. Please keep these things in mind.
I would like to ask readers to respect the rights and privacy of the people mentioned in this book, many of whom were kind enough to speak with me, many of whom have struggle enough to bear. I am likewise not attempting to reopen the case or bring the law upon anyone involved in this story.

Thank you so much for your support. I hope you like the book. I can’t wait to hear what you think about it. Together, we can get this story out there, and get make a documentary out of this. To make it ourselves with no outside funding, Murder Pop needs to hit a few thousand paying subscribers; we’re at just over 100 right now, which is amazing in itself, but there’s a lot of work left to do.
I have faith in our great community, in the hard work I did to figure this whole thing out and put this all together, and in the hard work I’m going to do to see this all the way through.
